Water Aerobics
In addition to adult swim lessons, the Bulleen Swim
Centre also offers a water aerobics program.
Participating in a regular water aerobics program is a
great way of getting into shape, keeping fit and improving general health
and well-being.
Water Aerobics is ideal for people recovering from
injury, pregnant women, those with decreased mobility and the elderly.
Our water aerobics classes are designed so that
anybody can participate, regardless of age, health or level of fitness.
